Gold Oil plc ("GOO") is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company looking for oil and gas interests in several South American, Central American and Caribbean countries. GOO will explore for, appraise, develop and produce oil and natural gas and build up the capital value of its projects. Some of GOO's projects include the: Onshore Colombia (Putumayo Basin): Nancy-Burdine-Maxine oil and gas field. Gold Oil has an 18.88% net revenue interest with an average production since September 2006 of 505 bopd. Onshore Colombia (Middle Magdalena Basin) - Rosa Blanca. GOO was awarded an exploration licence for the block and farmed out the cost of the well and testing to Osage from USA. Onshore Peru: Block XXI. GOO following the San Alberto exploration well GOO has acquired additional geophysical data in the SA-1X area and is reviewing the integrated results in order to select two locations for drilling 2008. Offshore Peru: Block Z34. The EIA has been completed and approval is expected mid 2008 to allow 2D seismic to be acquired in the second half of 2008.
